What does it mean that the teacher appears on video?
During key moments in the lesson (introducing a topic or correcting something important), your teacher appears on video, talking to you with the same voice. They aren't a human actor: it's your AI teacher on screen. The rest of the lesson is voice-only.
Do I have to pay extra for new content added later?
No. Every new course or training scenario is automatically included in your membership at no extra cost. Your price stays the same while the catalog grows.
How is this different from ChatGPT, Gemini, or Claude?

How do I get help if I run into an issue?

What counts as a "lesson hour"?
Only the time spent speaking with your teacher. Reading course materials, submitting assignments, and taking quizzes don't deduct any time—only when your teacher is actively teaching you by voice.
Can I switch plans or cancel anytime?
Yes, whenever you want directly from your account. If you downgrade or cancel, you retain access through the end of your paid period.
Can I split my hours across different topics?
Yes. Your hours are yours to use across any category or spread across multiple subjects.
What if I don't like it?
You start with 10 free minutes without entering a credit card. If you subscribe and decide within the first 7 days it's not for you, we'll refund your month. No hassle.
