1. Who we are

Maestre is an education service featuring artificial intelligence teachers operated by Ruptive LLC ("Maestre", "we", "us"). Contact: hola@maestre.ai.

2. The service

Maestre offers conversational voice lessons with artificial intelligence-generated teachers, study material, graded exercises, progress tracking, and certificates of completion. The teachers are AI systems, not humans: we say it in the product and we repeat it here. Like any AI, they can make mistakes; lesson content is educational material and does not constitute professional, legal, medical, or financial advice.

3. Your account

To use the platform, you create an account with your name, email, and password (or with Google). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for the activity on your account. The account is personal: one seat equals one person.

4. Free trial and plans

The free trial includes 10 minutes of voice lesson time, with no credit card required. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions in US dollars (USD) with a set number of lesson hours per month depending on the plan selected. Hours renew on the first day of each monthly cycle and do not roll over from one month to the next. Current prices are published at maestre.ai/precios. Welcome promotions, when available, state their scope and duration at the time of purchase.

5. Payments, cancellation, and refunds

Payments are processed through Stripe; we do not store your credit card details. You can cancel anytime from the management portal: you retain access until the end of the paid billing period. The refund policy, including the 7-day guarantee for your first subscription, is in Refunds.

6. Minors

Maestre Kids is designed for kids ages 7 to 17. A minor's account must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on their behalf and is responsible for supervising its use. Details on the handling of minors' data can be found in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

You may not: use the platform for illegal purposes; attempt to extract, resell, or redistribute content or access; interfere with the service or bypass its technical limits (for example, hour limits); or use the platform to generate harmful content. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules, with prior notice except in severe cases.

8. Intellectual property

The platform, trademarks, course content, and materials generated by teachers are the property of Ruptive LLC or its licensors. Anything you produce in exercises (your writing, projects, submissions) belongs to you.

Companies (Maestre for Business): documents, processes, and materials uploaded by a company to its academy remain confidential and belong to the company. We use them solely to deliver lessons, create courses, and answer questions from its team. They are not shared with other companies or users, are not used to train models, and are deleted when requested by the company or when its account is closed. Custom courses created by Maestre from these materials remain for the exclusive use of that company.

9. Availability and changes

We work to ensure continuous service availability, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability: we depend on third-party infrastructure and AI model providers. We may modify the catalog, features, or these terms; if a change is material, we will provide reasonable advance notice by email.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability of Ruptive LLC to you for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
